P\u0159i posilov\u00e1n\u00ed se toti\u017e po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b zah\u0159ejete a je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed organismus pat\u0159i\u010dn\u011b chladit, aby nedo\u0161lo k jeho p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed neboli k \u00fapalu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto bych doporu\u010doval sn\u00ed\u017eit teplotu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v posilovn\u00e1ch na hodnotu zhruba mezi 16 a 18 stupni Celsia.Velice podobn\u00e9 je to i s plav\u00e1n\u00edm. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu se udr\u017euje teplota vody v plaveck\u00fdch baz\u00e9nech na hodnot\u011b mezi 26 a 29 stupni Celsia, aby se t\u00edm p\u0159edch\u00e1zelo p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla. Voda p\u0159i t\u00e9to teplot\u011b velmi dob\u0159e odv\u00e1d\u00ed teplo a funguje jako spolehliv\u00fd chladi\u010d. Plav\u00e1n\u00ed v takov\u00e9 vod\u011b je pak v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 v tom, \u017ee nemus\u00edte neust\u00e1le n\u011bkam odb\u00edhat a m\u016f\u017eete si plav\u00e1n\u00ed ve vod\u011b u\u017e\u00edt i formou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9ho sportovn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku.Plaveck\u00e9 baz\u00e9ny pro formov\u00e1n\u00ed postavy, zlep\u0161en\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 kondice a n\u00e1lady. Plav\u00e1n\u00ed v p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b tepl\u00e9 \u010di chladn\u00e9 vod\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ide\u00e1ln\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm pro vytvo\u0159en\u00ed pohledn\u00e9 svalnat\u00e9 postavy, pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed fyzi\u010dky a tak\u00e9 pro lep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1ladu. Podm\u00ednkou je ale dobr\u00e1 znalost plav\u00e1n\u00ed, abyste dok\u00e1zali vyu\u017e\u00edt vodn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l na maximum a nepl\u00e1cali se v n\u00e1dr\u017ei s vodou jen tak, \u017ee se sotva udr\u017e\u00edte na hladin\u011b.K dobr\u00e9 znalosti plav\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u00e1pomocn\u00fd i kurz plav\u00e1n\u00ed v Praze pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9. M\u016f\u017eete se tu nau\u010dit i nov\u00e9 plaveck\u00e9 techniky a zdokonalit se v t\u00e9 sv\u00e9 obl\u00edben\u00e9 technice. A kdo neum\u00ed plavat v\u016fbec, m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost se to nau\u010dit tak, aby to p\u0159ineslo ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd efekt.
